The Platform provides AI-powered tools — including Lone Liaison and App Kit — that generate suggested text, edits, and drafts based on your input. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All content you submit to third parties is your work and your responsibility. AI-generated suggestions are starting points, not finished copy. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of everything you submit under your name.
AI language models generate text by drawing on broad patterns in language. Output may occasionally resemble existing published works in style, structure, or phrasing. We are not responsible for any claim of similarity, imitation, stylistic overlap, or unintentional resemblance between AI-generated suggestions and any third-party creative work. You assume all responsibility for ensuring that your final submission does not infringe any third party's rights.
AI-generated content can contain errors, outdated information, or inappropriate language. Solomon & Clark expressly disclaims all liability arising from your use of AI-generated content without review. We recommend treating all AI output as a draft that requires your editorial judgment.
Solomon & Clark does not monitor, interpret, or enforce third-party application requirements. We cannot and do not guarantee that any AI-assisted content produced through our Platform is permissible under any particular opportunity's guidelines.
If an opportunity prohibits AI assistance and you submit AI-assisted content, that is your decision and your risk. Solomon & Clark bears no responsibility for disqualification, rejection, or any other consequence resulting from your non-compliance with a third party's rules.

Opportunities listed on the Platform are sourced from publicly available information and may be curated, summarized, or reformatted. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty that any listed opportunity is:

The Platform's design, code, branding, and original content are the property of Solomon & Clark Creative Consulting, LLC. The name "Solomon & Clark," "The Opportunity Desk," "Lone Liaison," and "App Kit" are brand identifiers of Solomon & Clark and may not be used without written permission.
Content you create using our tools remains yours. We do not claim ownership over application materials you draft or submit. We may use anonymized, aggregate feedback data to improve the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solomon & Clark Creative Consulting, LLC — including its founders, employees, contractors, and agents — shall not be liable for any:

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, city, artistic discipline, uploaded files) to operate the Platform and improve our matching. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Materials you draft using AI tools are processed through the Anthropic API to generate responses. We do not permanently store your draft content on third-party servers beyond what is necessary to deliver a response. Refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for information about their data practices.
By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in these Terms. A full Privacy Policy will be published separately prior to general availability.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
